Our CNC lathe with a 30” swing turned this small lot of aluminum parts. We had them anodized after machining.
The shop took the lead in making this very large gear. We worked with local partners for bending, welding and teeth cutting while performing the large diameter turning our our Berthiez VTL.
A 12-foot aluminum weldment had mounting pads faced and drilled with precise dimensions using the digital read outs of our largest horizontal boring mill.
