WHAT WE MACHINE

Industrial Gears & Sprockets: Large diameter gears for material handling, mining, and industrial equipment. We coordinate with local gear cutting shops while handling the turning, facing, and drilling in-house.
Pressure Vessel Components: Flanges, heads, and nozzles for tanks and pressure vessels. We work with stainless, carbon steel, and specialty alloys.
Weldments & Fabrications: Face mounting pads, drill bolt holes, bore bearing surfaces on large fabricated assemblies. We can handle the finish machining after your welding is complete.
Shafts & Rotors: Large diameter shafts, pump shafts, and rotor components that exceed standard lathe capacity.
Repair Parts: When a critical component on industrial equipment fails and you can't source a replacement, we can machine a new one. We've reproduced parts from measurements, damaged originals, or reverse-engineered from equipment specifications.

WHY SIZE MATTERS
When you have a large part, your options are limited. Many shops don't have the capacity. The shops that do often focus on production runs and don't want one-offs. Shipping a 5,000-pound part across the country is expensive and time-consuming.
We're equipped, we're local to Seattle, and we specialize in exactly this kind of work.
HANDLING & LOGISTICS
Our facility has excellent access from I-5 and the Port of Seattle. We have an off-street loading area designed for flatbed trailers so our forklifts can access from either side.
Our large capacity cranes allow us to safely move heavy work throughout the shop, from receiving to machining to final inspection.
WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM

Large parts often involve coordination with multiple vendors - welding shops, heat treaters, coating facilities, gear cutters. We regularly manage these relationships for customers, acting as the central coordinator for complex jobs requiring multiple specialty services.
