Production equipment doesn't break down on a convenient schedule. And when it does, you often discover the replacement part is no longer available, the manufacturer is out of business, or the lead time is 12 weeks.
That's where we come in.
WHAT WE REPAIR
Industrial Equipment Shafts: Pump shafts, drive shafts, gear shafts that have worn, bent, or broken. We can machine new ones from your damaged part or from measurements.
Bushings & Bearings: Custom bushings for legacy equipment. We can machine bronze, steel, or engineered plastic bushings to your specifications.
Gears & Sprockets: Replacement gears for material handling equipment, conveyors, and drive systems. We machine the gear blank and coordinate with gear cutting specialists for tooth cutting.
Hydraulic Components: Cylinder repairs, custom pistons, valve bodies, and hydraulic system components.
Wear Parts: Crusher parts, conveyor components, and other high-wear items that need regular replacement.
Custom Fasteners & Fittings: Specialized bolts, studs, flanges, and connectors that you can't buy off the shelf.

Frames & Mounting Brackets: Weldments and fabricated supports that have cracked or failed, repaired or replaced.
HOW WE WORK
Option 1 - From the Original Part:
Bring us the damaged part. We'll measure it, determine what needs to be machined, source appropriate material, and manufacture a replacement. This is often the fastest approach when drawings don't exist.
Option 2 - From Drawings:
If you have original drawings or can provide CAD models, we'll work from those. We're compatible with modern CAD formats and can import your models directly to our CNC equipment.
Option 3 - Reverse Engineering:
For more complex parts without drawings, we can create a working drawing from measurements and photos, get your approval, then manufacture the part.
Option 4 - Repair vs. Replace:
Sometimes we can repair the original part instead of making a new one. We'll assess whether repair is feasible and cost-effective compared to replacement.
